Ukraine is developing an internal strengthening plan, which will align with its victory plan, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a Telegram post.

The President stated that today, on October 24, he held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

"Following the meeting, I instructed the members of the Staff to prepare specific parts of our internal plan to strengthen Ukraine. Alongside the victory plan, they must work on all necessary steps for Ukraine that will ensure internal results for our state," emphasized Zelenskyy.

He added that this initiative pertains to various areas, including the front, defense industry, economy and finance, information sector, ensuring justice, regional work, and other strategic fields.

According to the President, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Lytvynenko will be responsible for organizing this work.

Ukraine's second plan

On October 23, BBC Ukraine reported, citing sources, that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is preparing another plan focused on actions within the country.

According to the informants, this plan is not intended to serve as an alternative to the victory plan.

Mikhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, commented on these rumors in an interview with the RBC Ukraine YouTube channel. He stated that the victory plan is aimed at partners, but there is also a second component — the mobilization of Ukraine itself.
