The Ukrainian delegation personally and in detail reported to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the results of all meetings in the United States, according to the president's statement.
According to the president, Rustem Umerov, and the participants of the negotiations in Florida, they reported on the main points emphasized by the American side in the dialogue.
"The work was carried out on the basis of the Geneva document, and this document has been updated," the head of state added.
The president expressed gratitude to Andriy Hnatov "for a very substantive briefing from the American partners on the real situation at the front."
According to him, with the participation of intelligence services, discussions took place on the prospects of implementing certain steps on the front and on measures to ensure security against Russian strikes and violations of agreements in the event of a ceasefire.
"Our diplomats are actively working with all partners so that European countries and other members of the Coalition of the Willing are substantively involved in the development of decisions," Zelenskyy emphasized.
He also informed the team about the conversations with European leaders and Steve Witkoff, which took place the day before in Paris, noting that "the Russians have already begun new disinformation campaigns in view of their preparations for meetings with the American side."
The president instructed "to continue our most constructive work with President Trump's team, as well as with European partners."
According to him, Ukrainian intelligence will provide partners with available information about "Russia's real intentions and its attempts to use diplomatic efforts as cover to weaken sanctions and obstruct important collective European decisions."
"Ukraine takes all diplomatic work very seriously: we are interested in real peace and guaranteed security. This same interest must be compelled from the Russian side, and this task can be achieved only jointly with our partners," Zelenskyy stressed.
He added that the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine "will be in constant contact with America to determine the schedule of further meetings."
Negotiations in Florida
On November 30, a US-Ukrainian meeting took place in Miami, Florida. This was the second meeting of the delegations in this format after the negotiations in Geneva (Switzerland) on November 23.
The Ukrainian delegation was led by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov. He stressed that the delegation worked under the clear directives of the President of Ukraine — the protection of state interests, substantive dialogue, and the advancement of solutions developed during the Geneva meetings.
According to Umerov, there is significant progress toward a just peace. Furthermore, the positions of Ukraine and the United States have grown closer.
More about the results of the negotiations can be found in the RBC-Ukraine report.
