Zelenskyy arrives in Türkiye for working visit

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Türkiye on a working visit on November 19. At the airport, he was met, among others, by National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov, according to Ankara Deputy Mayor Faruk Köylüoğlu.
As seen in the video of Zelenskyy's arrival, the Ukrainian president was met in Ankara by Turkish officials.
The footage also shows National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov, who had departed for a work trip to Türkiye the day before.
It is known that today, Zelenskyy is scheduled to hold talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.
Zelenskyy's visit to Türkiye
On November 18, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. He plans to discuss ways to achieve a just peace for Ukraine.
The media also reported that Zelenskyy and US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff will hold talks in Türkiye.
In recent days, Zelenskyy has already visited Greece, France, and Italy, where he signed important agreements on support for Ukraine.
