Zelenskyy arrives in Saudi Arabia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Saudi Arabia on Monday, March 10, for a visit that includes a series of meetings, Reuters reports.
"President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday arrived in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah," Reuters wrote, quoting a Ukrainian official.
Talks in Saudi Arabia
On Tuesday, Ukrainian and US delegations are set to hold negotiations in Saudi Arabia. Earlier it was known that Zelenskyy would visit the country ahead of these talks but would not participate in the meeting.
The US delegation will include Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff, and National Security Advisor Mike Waltz.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian delegation will include at least the Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
According to Zelenskyy, he will meet with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Saudi Arabia.
"After that, my team will remain in Saudi Arabia to work with our American partners. Ukraine is most interested in peace," Zelenskyy emphasized.
On February 18, US and Russian delegations held their first talks since the start of the full-scale war in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
