Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in London. Today, March 1, he will meet with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Sky News informs.

According to the British Prime Minister's spokesperson, Zelenskyy and Starmer will meet this afternoon at Downing Street.

According to reports, on Sunday, March 2, Starmer will convene a meeting of European leaders to discuss how to ensure the implementation of a future peace agreement regarding Ukraine.

Earlier, the British Prime Minister had mentioned that such an agreement should also involve the US. However, after the dispute between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump, there are even greater doubts.

Sky News notes that leaders from Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Poland were invited to the summit in London. However, the Baltic states "are very unhappy" with not being invited.

A source tells the publication that the Baltic countries "have a plan but were not invited," and Helsinki and Warsaw have publicly ruled out sending troops to Ukraine.

Zelenskyy-Trump dispute

It is worth recalling that on February 28, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the White House, where he met with US President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance.

During the meeting, there was a heated exchange over the war and the supposed "ingratitude" of Ukraine towards the US for the aid provided. Following this, Zelenskyy left the White House early.

Furthermore, the agreement between Ukraine and the US on minerals was not signed.

Media reports suggest that the US may stop providing aid to Ukraine. According to the New York Times, Trump is considering halting both direct and indirect support.

After the dispute, Zelenskyy spoke with the British Prime Minister, who, in turn, also spoke with Trump.
