Xiaomi presents self-cleaning robot vacuum for hair tangles
Xiaomi has unveiled its new flagship robot vacuum, the Mijia All-in-One Sweep and Mop Robot M30 Pro, writes Gizmochina.
The device's main advantage is the presence of a module with steel blades at the base, allowing the robot to automatically rid itself of tangled hair without human intervention
Device specifications
The vacuum features a system for identifying objects and dirt, utilizing artificial intelligence to recognize 55 types of household items. Additionally, the device can determine when the initial cleaning pass in a room is insufficient and will automatically continue the cleaning process.

With LED illumination for operation in low light conditions and laser navigation for creating a room map, the vacuum offers a suction power of 7,000 Pa.
The M30 Pro detects carpets and lifts its brushes to avoid damage. To tackle tough stains, the device raises the water temperature to 60 degrees Celsius, promising effective removal of even deep-seated dirt. An automatic base dries the brushes with hot air without additional noise in just two hours.

The M30 Pro is compatible with Mi Home and supports voice control through Xiao AI in the Chinese language. The app includes standard settings such as cleaning modes, virtual walls, cleaning zones, automation, and scenarios.
The robot has a 4,800 mAh battery, sufficient for cleaning an area of up to 240 sq. m in one cycle. The capacity of the dust and water container is not specified. However, the base can be connected to the water supply and drainage for automatic cleaning and water refilling.
