X-Men actress Famke Janssen planning trip to Russia: Here's the scoop

Hollywood actress and model Famke Janssen, best known for her role as Jean Grey in the X-Men film trilogy, is reportedly planning to visit Russia, according to the Russian Telegram channel Comic Con IgroMir.

The star is expected to attend the Comic Con IgroMir festival in Moscow, scheduled for December 12–14.
"Jean Grey from the original X-Men trilogy, a true 2000s icon and the crush of our childhood, Dutch actress and model Famke Janssen is coming to Moscow!" the organizers announced.
Janssen will appear on stage, meet with fans, sign autographs, and take photos.
"December 12, 13, and 14—yes, all three days of the festival—you'll see Famke Janssen on the Comic Con IgroMir stage, after which she’ll sign autographs and take pictures," the post said.
Neither the actress nor her representatives have officially confirmed this information yet.

What is known about Famke Janssen
Janssen is a Dutch-American actress, director, screenwriter, producer, and former model. She was born on November 5, 1964.
In the early 1980s, she moved to the United States. There, she worked with the fashion house Yves Saint Laurent and studied acting at Columbia University.
She made her television debut in the series Star Trek: The Next Generation and Melrose Place. Janssen gained worldwide fame after playing Xenia Onatopp in the James Bond film GoldenEye (1995) and solidified her stardom through her role as Jean Grey in the X-Men film franchise.
Her other notable works include the films The Faculty, Don't Say a Word, Hide and Seek, the Taken trilogy with Liam Neeson, and the TV series Nip/Tuck and Netflix's Hemlock Grove.
In 2011, she made her debut as a director, screenwriter, and producer with the film "Bringing Up Bobby."
