Beneficial vitamins for the body:

  • Vitamin A: Found in meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, and dairy products
  • Vitamin E: Found in avocados, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, almonds, and peanuts
  • Vitamin C: Found in black currants, oranges, kiwis, lemons, rose hips, and tomatoes
  • Vitamin D: Found in eggs, hard cheese, salmon, mackerel, cod liver, and milk
  • B Vitamins: Found in legumes, buckwheat, walnuts, mint, oranges, beef, and dairy products

Symptoms of deficiency:

  • Poor vision at night, problems with hair and skin indicate a deficiency in Vitamin A.

  • Weakness, skin issues, and mood swings may indicate a need for Vitamin C.
  • Bone pain and joint problems suggest a deficiency in Vitamin D.
  • Lack of activity, skin and hair issues point to a need for Vitamin E.

Supporting immunity in the autumn period

Protecting and supporting your immune system in autumn involves more than just a balanced diet and supplements. Measures to boost the immune system, particularly in autumn, include:

  • Optimizing physical activity
  • Engaging in tempering procedures
  • Ensuring sufficient hours of quality sleep

To prevent viral infections, it's important to adhere to general and personal hygiene practices. Regularly washing your hands, ventilating rooms every 1-2 hours, and wearing a mask when coughing, sneezing, feeling unwell, or suspecting an infection can help protect you from viruses.
