US, Ukraine, Europe to continue talks, Zelenskyy reveals details

Following talks in Kyiv, Ukraine, the United States and its European partners agreed to meet again to continue the dialogue on establishing a just peace and discuss next steps, according to a statement by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a briefing after talks with US special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
The Ukrainian leader said European partners joined the third part of the talks in Kyiv. Afterward, the sides agreed to continue working together and hold another meeting in the near future.
"It is also important that our European colleagues joined us for the third part of our talks, and we agreed that Ukraine, Europe and America will meet in the near future," the president said.
Thus, negotiations to end the war will continue with the participation of all three sides—Ukraine, the United States, and European partners.
Possible location of next talks
At the same time, the exact place of the next meeting has not yet been determined.
Zelenskyy said the talks could take place in Europe, the United States, or Ukraine again. According to him, Ukraine is open to any of these options.
"I don't know where the meeting will be—in Europe, in US, or perhaps again in Ukraine. We are open to any option," the president said.
The date of the next meeting has also not yet been announced. At the same time, the sides agreed not to halt the negotiating process and to continue working on issues related to establishing peace.
As previously reported, on September 6, three rounds of talks were held in Kyiv between Ukraine, US special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, and European partners. The sides discussed further diplomatic steps and conditions for establishing a just peace.
