Unidentified drones were spotted flying over three US Air Force bases in the UK. They have been flying there for 6 days, Reuters reports.

According to the agency, over the past six days, several unidentified drones have been spotted over 3 US Air Force bases in England.

“Small unmanned aerial systems were spotted in the vicinity of and over RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, and RAF Feltwell from Nov 20 to Nov 26,” a Reuters source says.

These 3 bases, two in Suffolk and one in Norfolk are leased by the United States in the UK.

A UK Ministry of Defense spokesperson said they “take threats seriously and maintain robust measures” at defense installations.

"We are supporting the US Air Force response,” the spokesperson adds.

UK troops have been deployed to help the US Air Force find out who is responsible for the drone flights over their bases.

BILD also reported that a drone was monitoring the British aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth in the port of Hamburg. The ship entered the German port this week.
