France is one of the countries providing Ukraine with long-range missiles. It is supplying Ukrainian defenders with SCALP missiles, which can target objects up to 300 kilometers away.
Earlier in June, French President Emmanuel Macron stated that his country allows Ukraine to strike targets from which missiles were launched but prohibits attacks on civilians.
However, the French leader did not disclose further details on this matter.
Additionally, the US still prohibits Ukraine from using its long-range ATACMS missiles to attack Russian territory.
