The Atesh resistance movement has approached one of the key command-and-control facilities of Russia's Black Sea Fleet in Novorossiysk, the Atesh movement reports.

This concerns the 37th Separate Special Communications Node (military unit 09920), which transmits the most important commands from Moscow and coordinates the fleet's actions with other branches of the armed forces. This facility effectively serves as the central command and control system of Russia's Black Sea Fleet.

Atesh agents have been conducting covert surveillance of the node's operations for an extended period and recorded the arrival of high-ranking officials from Moscow. This is likely an inspection.

According to available information, Russia's General Staff leadership is dissatisfied with the actions of the current Black Sea Fleet commander, Admiral Pinchuk, and such visits often precede high-level personnel changes, the movement notes.

During reconnaissance, a significant strengthening of the facility's defenses was recorded. In particular, additional electronic warfare systems, short-range air defense systems, and new engineering fortifications appeared around the special communications node, and the number of guards was increased.

In addition, active personnel movements have been observed: the relocation of key specialists, the replacement of the node's leadership, the arrival of special communications repair teams, and the deployment of civilian specialists in cryptographic equipment.

Atesh emphasizes that if this facility is taken out of operation, the Black Sea Fleet would lose stable communication with Moscow and the ability for centralized command, turning into fragmented units.

"All collected information has already been passed to the Defense Forces of Ukraine for further action planning," the movement's agents report.

Atesh reconnaissance

Recently, representatives of the partisan movement have regularly published data on important military facilities on Russian territory.

Earlier, Atesh agents in Samara conducted reconnaissance of the headquarters of the 2nd Combined Arms Army of Russia's Central Military District. This facility is a key brain center that directly commands the offensive in the Pokrovsk direction.

The partisans also conducted reconnaissance of a probable Russian air defense headquarters in Sevastopol.

In addition, Atesh conducted reconnaissance of a plant working for Russia's military-industrial complex. According to the movement's agents, the enterprise manufactures chassis for S-400 and S-350 surface-to-air missile systems, Iskander-M operational-tactical missile systems, and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems.
