Ukrainian military officials have reported on the situation near the settlement of Myropilske in Ukraine’s Sumy region, where intense fighting is ongoing, according to a statement from the 14th Army Corps.

The Corps said that due to active combat and the enemy’s superiority in manpower and equipment, the situation requires constant monitoring and prompt decisions.
Taking into account the threats and to preserve personnel, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out a regrouping and withdrew to pre-prepared positions.
At these lines, Ukrainian troops continue to hold the defense and carry out assigned tasks.
Enemy positions are being targeted with artillery, unmanned systems, and other means.
These actions are aimed at containing offensive activity and inflicting losses.
It is reported that Ukraine’s Defense Forces continue to monitor the situation in this sector, conduct reconnaissance, and remain ready for further actions depending on how the situation develops.

It is worth noting that Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence has published a list of foreign components used in the Russian reconnaissance drone Knyaz Veshchiy Oleg. According to the report, despite existing sanctions, the manufacturer continues to use parts supplied from China, Switzerland, and Taiwan.
Meanwhile, Russian forces are carrying out a large-scale redeployment of military equipment from the Berdyansk direction toward the northern part of the Donetsk region, using the period of the so-called Easter ceasefire.
