On November 28, 2024, Defense Intelligence of Ukraine successfully destroyed a Russian Podlet radar complex in temporarily occupied Crimea, according to a statement from the intelligence service.
Details about the operation are not disclosed, with the report only mentioning that the enemy equipment was "burned."

A map attached to the post of Ukrainian intelligence indicates the radar was destroyed in western Crimea.
What is known about the Podlet radar
The Podlet 48Ya6-K1 radar was used by Russian forces to detect low and ultra-low altitude aerial targets in challenging conditions. It operates in coordination with S-300 and S-400 missile systems.
The radar is estimated to cost around $5 million.
Notably, in early August, reports emerged that four S-400 missile launchers were destroyed in occupied Crimea.
