The Ukrainian negotiating team is already en route to the UЫ, where important meetings await them, states Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Budanov.
"I am on my way to the United States with our negotiating team. Important meetings are scheduled. We continue working to strengthen diplomacy and bring a lasting and just peace for Ukraine closer," he noted.
Budanov emphasized that not everything can be discussed publicly, but "we must remain wise, united, and support our military."
"Peace is not achieved through grand statements – it’s hard, collaborative work, and we’re working on it," stated the Head of the Office of the President.
A source told RBC-Ukraine that the delegation includes Davyd Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction; Rustem Umerov, head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service; Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine; and Sergiy Kyslytsya, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Office.
The US has not abandoned the idea of a trilateral meeting with representatives of Ukraine and Russia to agree on an energy ceasefire. There is a possibility that it could take place in Abu Dhabi.
Russia cynically rejected the possibility of ending the war against Ukraine through diplomatic means, even with US mediation.
