Ukrainian forces take out Podlet, Nebo-M radars and more in new wave of strikes

Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck the Podlet and Nebo-M radar systems, command posts, a boat storage depot, and other logistics facilities of Russian troops, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Yesterday and during the night of April 17, Defense Forces units struck enemy command posts, including a command and observation post near the settlement of Dovhe (temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region), as well as drone control centers of the Russians in the areas of Tetkino (Kursk region, Russia), Uspenivka and Zelene in the Zaporizhzhia region.
A repair and maintenance base for weapons and military equipment (Klynkyne, temporarily occupied Donetsk region), a logistics hub (Manhush, temporarily occupied Donetsk region), and a storage facility for amphibious assault boats (Chornomorske, temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea) were also hit.
Among other targets, Ukrainian forces struck enemy ammunition depots in the areas of Skadovsk (temporarily occupied Kherson region), Panteleimonivka (temporarily occupied Donetsk region), and Dovzhansk (temporarily occupied Luhansk region).
A materiel depot and a fuel and lubricants depot were also hit in the areas of Sabivka and Rovenky in the Luhansk region, respectively.
Based on the results of previous strikes, it has been established:
- The destruction of a drone laboratory near Orlynske (Donetsk region) on April 9, 2026, has been confirmed.
- The strike on the Nebo-M radar system (Chernovets, Belgorod region, Russia) on April 16, 2026, has been confirmed.
- The strike on the Podlet radar system (Novomaryevka, Rostov region, Russia) on April 15, 2026, has been confirmed.
Enemy losses and the scale of damage are being specified.
Strikes on key Russian targets
Earlier, Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck an enemy radar as part of an S-400 air defense system, logistics facilities, and concentrations of Russian forces.
In recent days, the Defense Forces also hit enemy radar systems in temporarily occupied Crimea and the Belgorod region. In addition, a Tor-M1 air defense system was struck in the Luhansk region.
Earlier, SBS operators, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, struck the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant, causing production to halt.
At the end of March, Ukrainian troops in the Donetsk direction disrupted the launch of Gerbera drones and destroyed a Tor air defense system.
