Ukrainian forces carried out strikes overnight on April 3 targeting logistics depots and storage sites for enemy weapons, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On the night of April 3, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck logistics depots in the areas of the village of Staromlynivka in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, the settlement of Valianivske in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, and the villages of Chervone Pole and Zoriane in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region.
In addition, Ukrainian forces hit ammunition depots of the Russian forces near the settlements of Rovenky and Shakhtarske, as well as a fuel and lubricants storage facility near the village of Kondriuche in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region.
The area where enemy forces are concentrated near Rozivka and an oil depot near Molochansk in the Zaporizhzhia region were also struck.
“The Defense Forces of Ukraine will continue to systematically carry out measures aimed at weakening the enemy’s offensive capabilities and reducing its combat potential until the complete cessation of Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine,” the General Staff said.
Destruction of Russia’s defense arsenal
It should be recalled that on March 10, Ukrainian forces struck a Russian military plant in Bryansk that produced control systems for various types of Russian missiles.
According to social media reports, the target was the Kremniy plant, where components for air defense systems are produced. According to the regional governor, there were casualties as a result of the strike.
In addition, at the end of February, Russian sources reported explosions in Votkinsk, Udmurtia, after which footage of fire and smoke at the Votkinsk plant appeared online.
Later, the General Staff confirmed that Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck the Votkinsk plant with Flamingo missiles — a facility that produces intercontinental ballistic missiles and other weapons.
