The Defense Forces of Ukraine have achieved new successes in mid-range strikes on occupied territories and Russia. A radar station, military warehouses, and enemy personnel were hit, according to a statement by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
Radar station in the Bryansk region
On October 18 and during the night of October 19, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck several important military facilities of Russia.
Thus, Ukrainian fighters hit a radar station in the Trubchevsk area of the Bryansk region of Russia.
The General Staff added that methodical strikes on Russian radar stations create gaps in the enemy's radar field and weaken its air defense system.
"This is why the Defense Forces of Ukraine can more successfully use drones at all levels: from the tactical zone along the line of contact to military facilities deep within Russian territory," the statement reads.
Warehouses, positions, personnel
Furthermore, Ukrainian forces struck in the Lyman Pershyi area of the Kharkiv region:
- An artillery firing position;
- A position of UAV crews of the Russian aggressor.
Warehouses in the Donetsk region also came under attack:
- Ammunition depots of the Russian army in the areas of the Hrintal and Ternove settlements;
- Material and technical supplies in the Pelahiivka area.
In addition, concentrations of enemy personnel were hit in the Svobodne and Volodymyrivka areas of the Donetsk region and Naberezhne in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Ukrainian military personnel struck a railway bridge over the Unecha River in Russia on October 16 and during the night of October 17, as well as warehouses and a UAV control point in the Donetsk region.
Furthermore, on the night of October 16, 2026, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a 55Zh6U Nebo-U radar station near the settlement of Magry in the Krasnodar Krai of Russia.
