Ukrainian Forces destroy nearly 1,400 enemy artillery systems in May: Video

In May of this year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed nearly 1,400 enemy artillery systems, according to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.
"We are destroying enemy artillery. In May alone, nearly 1,400 enemy artillery systems were hit — 1,391 units," Syrskyi wrote.
He also specified that since the beginning of the year, the enemy has lost over 7,000 various artillery systems — 7,218 units.
"Thank you to all the defenders, men and women, for your professional and effective combat work. The fight continues. Glory to Ukraine," the Commander-in-Chief noted.
Earlier, Syrskyi stated that since the beginning of 2025, the Russian army has lost 200,000 troops in the war against Ukraine.
"200,000 — the total enemy losses since the start of this year. I thank every Ukrainian soldier for their professionalism. The fight continues," Syrskyi said.
In addition, the General Staff confirmed the destruction of 41 Russian aircraft during the SBU’s Spiderweb operation on June 1.
