Oil refinery in Tuapse attacked by Ukrainian intelligence drones: Details
As a result of an operation by the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, an oil refinery in Tuapse, Krasnodar territory, Russia, was attacked on the night of July 22, intelligence sources told RBC-Ukraine.
There are reports of at least 8 drones attacking the refinery. According to Russian propagandists, the refinery's infrastructure was damaged as a result of the attack.
Hungary threatens Ukraine with legal action over Lukoil oil transit suspension
Hungary may file a lawsuit over the threat to the country's energy security. This situation arose after Ukraine stopped transiting oil from the Russian company Lukoil, according to Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó.
Szijjártó says that Hungary cannot receive enough oil without supplies from Russia, as it does not have the appropriate infrastructure.
According to him, Kyiv's decision to stop transit is a clear violation of the Association Agreement with the EU.
Over 30,000 Rosgvardiya personnel stationed in Ukraine - UK Defence Ministry
Currently, over 30,000 personnel of the Russian National Guard (Rosgvardiya) are stationed in Ukraine. Most of the Rosgvardiya's personnel are engaged in rear security, with only a few units participating in frontline combat, according to the UK Ministry of Defence.
According to British intelligence, since the beginning of 2024, the Rosgvardiya has attempted to increase its frontline forces by absorbing Russian irregular formations. In May 2024, the Rosgvardiya successfully integrated the Vostok battalion from the so-called Donetsk People's Republic into its ranks.

Hungary blocks EU fund for Ukrainian weapons again
Hungary continues to block the next tranche of the European Peace Fund intended for military assistance to Ukraine, according to the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.
According to Borrell, at a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council, the ministers discussed the need to strengthen support for Ukraine.
They also discussed the unblocking of the European Peace Fund, which compensates EU countries for military aid to Ukraine.
Three points on negotiation table: Kremlin demands from Ukraine
Russia has noticeably narrowed its list of demands from Ukraine compared to the beginning of the large-scale war.
