Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces have struck a number of Russian military facilities in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert Madyar Brovdi, reports.
“Overnight, the Birds of the 1st Separate Unmanned Systems Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces worked on a number of military targets in the temporarily occupied territories, including a modern ‘worm-like gadget,’” Madyar said.
According to him, the following targets were hit:
-
Valdai radar system (Chornomorske, Autonomous Republic of Crimea);
-
Command post of a radar intelligence complex (Chornomorske, Autonomous Republic of Crimea);
-
Storage and launch base for unmanned surface vessels (sea drones) (Chornomorske, Autonomous Republic of Crimea).
Previously, it was reported that in December, the Unmanned Systems Forces eliminated nearly one and a half times more enemy personnel than in November. The current daily average stands at 415 Russian troops.
In particular, on the night of December 6, the Unmanned Systems Forces carried out a successful strike on Russian facilities. Ukrainian drones hit the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant and once again struck the Ryazan Oil Refinery.
In recent days, the Unmanned Systems Forces have also hit several facilities belonging to Russian occupiers in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. Among other targets, a command post and a deployment site of Russian GRU special forces were destroyed.
