In Russia's Krasnodar region, overnight on April 9, drones attacked the Krymsk line production and dispatch station, which is a key node of oil pipeline infrastructure, Russian media and monitoring channels report.
What happened
Overnight on April 9, drones struck the Krymsk line production and dispatch station in the city of the same name in Russia's Krasnodar region.
The facility is part of the main pipeline system and ensures the pumping of oil and oil products to the port of Novorossiysk, as well as to the Ilsky and Afipsky oil refineries.
As a result of the attack, a fire broke out on the territory of the station — the 110 kilovolt Krymsk substation caught fire. Residents reported a blackout.
Drones reportedly attacked the Krymskaya line production and dispatch station (LPDS) in Russia’s Krasnodar region.

The region's governor, Veniamin Kondratyev, confirmed the fact of the attack but officially stated it was due to the falling debris of drones. He also reported the death of one resident.
Attack on a military airfield
At the same time, according to eyewitnesses, the largest number of explosions occurred near the city of Krymsk, where a military airfield of Russian forces is located. At least 20 explosions were heard in the suburbs within an hour.
Bright flashes were observed in the sky, likely from air defense systems and low-altitude drone flights.
This attack became part of a series of successful strikes by the Defense Forces on Russian infrastructure. Overnight on April 9, in the area of Alchevsk in the Luhansk region, drones struck repair and Russian maintenance bases, causing a large-scale fire.
On April 8, the Defense Forces carried out strikes on oil depots and positions of Bastion missile systems. On the same day, drones of the Security Service hit an oil terminal in Feodosia in Crimea, and also destroyed warehouses and air defense systems of the Russian forces.
Earlier, Ukrainian marines conducted a unique operation, for the first time in history, destroying a bridge using British Malloy T-150 logistics drones.
