In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian forces destroyed an enemy ground robotic system designed for combat use for the first time, according to the Dnipro Operational-Strategic Group of Forces.

The strike occurred last week, carried out by unmanned systems of the 32nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It involved the Kurier Russian ground robotic complex, which is fitted with an AGS‑17 automatic grenade launcher.

Russian forces remotely and covertly sent the robotic complex into flat terrain — as close as possible to the defenders of the Pokrovsk agglomeration — waiting for an opportunity to fire on our positions.

While patrolling this defense sector, the crew of Ukrainian drone operators spotted the ground robotic complex. After detecting the enemy object, the defenders of Pokrovsk launched an FPV drone and destroyed the enemy ground combat drone.

The ground robotic complex Kurier moves on a tracked platform with electric motors, is equipped with an AGS‑17 automatic grenade launcher, and is controlled via a radio channel. Its communication range is 3 to 10 km. Kurier has a forward-facing and a pan‑tilt surveillance camera.

Earlier, we reported that Ukrainian forces would use the new unmanned aviation complex Volynyaka. It is now known that the new hexacopter hunts heavily armored targets.

The Armed Forces have also received a new tracked ground unmanned vehicle, Murakha, which can carry over 500 kg and is capable of resisting the enemy’s electronic warfare.
