Coalition of the Willing

On March 27, a summit of the Coalition of the Willing was held in Paris. As a result of the summit, French President Emmanuel Macron proposed sending deterrence forces to Ukraine after the war.
Currently, a strategy is being developed within this initiative. Macron also emphasized that partners would present a plan for monitoring compliance with a potential ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine.
