They discussed the current situation on the battlefield and further cooperation to enhance the capabilities of the Ukrainian army.

Reznikov added that Ukraine highly values Canada's assistance and support.

Assistance from Canada and Denmark

Canada announced in the winter its intention to transfer Senator vehicles to Ukraine. In June, it became known that some of the vehicles had already been delivered.

In June, it was reported that the Canadian government would provide Ukraine with a new military assistance package worth 500 million Canadian dollars, over 370 million US dollars. Additionally, Ottawa will participate in the aviation coalition.

A month ago, Denmark allocated over 190 million dollars to be used for the purchase of artillery shells for Ukraine. The assistance package will also include anti-aircraft missiles.
