Ukrainian army strikes enemy air defenses - General Staff details the impact

Ukrainian defense forces destroyed a Russian Buk missile system, targeted enemy troop concentrations, and struck several other key positions of the Russian forces, according to the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff on Telegram.
Yesterday, Ukrainian defense units detected and successfully destroyed a Buk-M1 surface-to-air missile system near the settlement of Pervoye Maya in Russia's Bryansk region.
Another enemy air defense unit was taken out, with a confirmed direct hit on the target.
In the Staropetrykivka area (temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region), Ukrainian forces also struck a Buk-M2 system at a concentration of Russian troops.

Ukrainian defenders also:
- carried out successful strikes on a logistics hub and enemy concentrations near Velyka Novosilka in temporarily occupied Donetsk region;
- hit a command-and-observation post near Uspenivka and a drone control point near Rivnopillia;
- struck enemy troop concentrations near Berdyansk and Huliaipole in Zaporizhzhia region;
- targeted an enemy command-and-observation post near Smorodino in Belgorod region.
Enemy losses are being confirmed.
Strikes on Russian targets
On the night of March 21, Ukrainian forces attacked the Saratov oil refinery in Russia's Saratov region.
Yesterday, Ukrainian forces also struck key enemy positions in temporarily occupied Donetsk region.
During an attack on an aircraft repair plant in Novgorod region, Ukrainian defenders damaged a Russian A-50 early-warning and control aircraft.
On March 20, the commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' drone units, Robert "Madyar" Brovdi, reported that a Russian Ka-52 attack helicopter worth at least $16 million was destroyed near Nadiivka in Donetsk region.
The operation notably involved a fiber-optic FPV drone, which allowed an effective strike on the air target and neutralization of the crew during their evacuation attempt.
Also on the night of March 20, Ukrainian forces attacked the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant in temporarily occupied Luhansk region.
The plant is involved in producing artillery shells, casting and processing large-caliber billets, and manufacturing and repairing armored steel for the Russian military equipment.
Additionally, Ukrainian strikes hit the infrastructure of the Skhidny training ground in Novopetrivka, temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region.
