Ukrainian airline announces resumption of regular flights from Moldova
Ukrainian airline SkyUp Airlines has announced a return to regular flights from spring 2025.
The company noted that all flights will be operated from Chisinau, as Ukraine's airports are not working due to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
“Although we miss our Boryspil airport the most now, we are not launching regular flights from there. However, we are getting one step closer to home. And we will be the first to return to the peaceful sky,” the official statement reads.
SkyUp Airlines has planned routes to Spain, Greece, France, Cyprus, and Portugal.
The company also reported that passengers' funds that were kept on their accounts due to canceled flights remain valid and can be used for new travel.
Tickets for the flights are already available on the website.

In its first years of operation, the airline was ranked among the fastest-growing carriers in Europe by The Anker Report.
Earlier, it was reported that the first airport in Ukraine may be opened in January 2025.
