Ukrainian Air Force showcases downing Russian Shaheds on south front

Russian troops attacked Ukraine with Shahed kamikaze drones on New Year's Eve. The Ukrainian Air Force showed footage of air defense downing Russian drones in the south of the country, according to the commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykola Oleshchuk.
"Most of the Shaheds were shot down last night in the area of responsibility of the South Air Command," Oleshchuk writes.
The video shows the combat work of Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups.
Russian attack on Ukraine on New Year's Eve
Russian troops attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones last night. Odesa, Dnipro, and Lviv came under attack. There are reports of casualties, deaths, and destruction of infrastructure.
In total, Russian terrorists attacked Ukraine on New Year's Eve with 90 Shahed kamikaze drones and eight missiles. Ukrainian Air Defense Forces destroyed 87 enemy drones.
