Russia launches 90 drones, 8 missiles at Ukraine on New Year's Eve: Air defense in action
On New Year's Eve, Russian terrorists attacked Ukraine with 90 Shahed kamikaze drones and eight missiles. The Air Defense Forces managed to destroy 87 enemy drones, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The attack was carried out in waves from four directions: Cape Chauda, Balaklava - Crimea, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk - Russia.
A total of 90 enemy Shahed-136/131 drones were launched.
The enemy also fired four S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles at the Kharkiv region, three Kh-31P anti-radar missiles, and one Kh-59 from the temporarily occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
On New Year's Eve, Air Defense Forces destroyed a record number of enemy attack UAVs - 87 out of 90.

Russian troops attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones last night. Odesa, Dnipro, and Lviv came under attack. There are reports of casualties, deaths, and infrastructure damage.
