The Shahed kamikaze drones, which the Russians use to attack Ukraine every day, fly a lot and the Air Force cannot always recognize whether one UAV has been launched or several, according to the spokesperson of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Yurii Ihnat.

Shahed flies from one region to another. In fact, they fly on the border of Ukrainian regions, trying to bypass the fire positions of our mobile fire groups, if the enemy has such information or the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems," Ihnat says.

He notes that if even one marker is visible on the radar, then it may not be one Shahed, but a group.

"That is, they are flying in a bunch. Thus, there is no way to know whether he is one, two, or four. Therefore, we always report that a group is flying, but it can also be a single Shahed," the spokesperson explains.

Night attack of the Russian Federation on November 24

On the night of November 24, the Russian invaders once again tried to attack Ukraine. The Russians released three Shahed-type kamikaze drones. All UAVs were destroyed by the Ukrainian Air Force.

The military notes that tonight the enemy attacked with three attack drones from the south-eastern direction. Air defense forces shot down all enemy drones.

The Russian Federation is preparing for attacks

The Main Directorate of Intelligence confirms that Russia is stockpiling missiles for repeated mass strikes. But, according to scouts, the scale of shelling will be smaller. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, believes that the winter will be difficult, but Ukraine is better prepared than last year.

At the same time, energy experts, the military and the authorities warn that the Russians may be preparing massive attacks. Some objects have already been hit.
