Ukraine begins production of combat robots LEGIT. The development involved employees of Ukraine's Defense Intelligence and engineers, reports the Legion of Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

On June 29, the Legion of Defense Intelligence announced the start of production of ground robotic systems called LEGIT.

According to intelligence sources, these systems were jointly developed by operators and engineers from the UAV CYCLONE group in cooperation with engineers from DIU Legion Support.

"Uniting the best people to solve the most extreme tasks," the Defense Intelligence emphasized.

Weapon production in Ukraine

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously stated that Ukraine's defense production potential exceeds $35 billion. However, about 40% of this capacity lacks the necessary funding.

Earlier this year, the government announced plans to produce 3,000 missiles and 30,000 long-range drones within the year.

President Zelenskyy also reported that Ukrainian missiles named Palyanytsia, Peklo, and Ruta are already in use and showing success. According to him, Ukrainian ballistic missiles are still in preparation.
