Ukraine transfers captured North Korean soldiers to South Korea

Ukraine recently handed over two North Korean soldiers to the Republic of Korea after Ukrainian forces captured them, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said from the UN General Assembly podium in New York.
The head of state stressed that capturing North Korean soldiers alive is not easy.
"One of them, when he realized he was going to be taken prisoner, tried to kill himself, and he was shocked that fate did not let him die. This is how they raise people in the North. It's reality," the president said.
Zelenskyy emphasized that North Korean soldiers are deprived of the right to choose and "drill into them that they must die" under any circumstances.
Bloomberg reported that around 25,000 North Korean citizens may be working at Russian drone manufacturing facilities, including in Alabuga. North Korean authorities present them as students to circumvent international sanctions.
In addition, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said in a letter to Russian leader Vladimir Putin that he would expand and deepen cooperation with Russia.
