Ukraine to stay connected to Starlink - Musk

Elon Musk stated that he will never disconnect Starlink terminals for Ukraine. This is his position, regardless of how much he disagrees with Ukraine's policies.
"To be extremely clear, no matter how much I disagree with the Ukraine policy, Starlink will never turn off its terminals," the billionaire wrote.
According to Musk, he is simply stating that without Starlink, Ukrainian communications lines would collapse because the Russians could jam all other communications.
"We would never do such a thing or use it as a bargaining chip," he concluded.
What preceded
Earlier today, billionaire Elon Musk wrote a post in which he stated that Starlink is the backbone of the Ukrainian army. He added that if he were to disconnect the service, the Ukrainian front would collapse.
Later, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski responded to the tweet, stating that if this happened, the Polish government would terminate its contract with Musk. He also noted that Poland is paying for Starlink services for Ukraine.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, for his part, stated that no one has threatened to disconnect Starlink from Ukraine. In response to Sikorski, he urged him to say thank you, as without Starlink, Ukraine would have lost, and Russian troops would be at the Polish border.
