On March 16 and during the night of March 17, the Defense Forces carried out strikes on military targets of Russian forces. Important ones were hit both on the territory of Russia and in temporarily occupied territories, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

In particular, a TOR-M2U surface-to-air missile system was hit in the area of Klintsy in the Bryansk region.

The area of concentration of a missile division of the 15th Separate Coastal Missile Brigade of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, armed with Bastion coastal missile systems, near Verkhniokurhanne in temporarily occupied Crimea, was also struck.

In addition, an enemy communications hub was hit in the area of Manhush in the Donetsk region.

Among enemy military logistics facilities, a fuel and lubricants depot in Melitopol was hit, as well as ammunition depots in the areas of Stepne and Terpinnya.

A drone training center was also hit in the area of Henicheska Hirka.

In addition, the Defense Forces struck enemy UAV control points in the areas of Huliaipole and Obratne in the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as an area of concentration of manpower near Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region.

"The scale of the damage and enemy losses is being clarified," the General Staff said.

Strikes on Russian targets

On the night of March 16, the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out strikes on Russian air defense systems and command posts in temporarily occupied territory.

Before that, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out an explosive night for the Russian forces in Crimea, where the Podlet radar, Parol radar, and a launcher of the S-400 Triumf air defense system were hit.

On March 10, the Defense Forces carried out a strike with Storm Shadow missiles on the Kremniy El microelectronics plant in the Bryansk region of Russia.
