Ukraine strikes number of important targets in Russia

The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck at important Russian infrastructure, including oil pumping stations in Rostov and Samara regions. Powerful explosions and fires were recorded, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On the night of March 4, 2025, the unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, struck a number of important Russian targets.
One of the main targets was an oil pumping facility in the Rostov region of Russia, which was used to meet the military needs of the Russian occupiers. The strike resulted in powerful explosions and a fire on the territory of the facility.
In addition, the production facilities of the Syzran oil refinery in the Samara region were damaged.
Russia was actively using electronic warfare and air defense systems, but despite this, a fire was observed at the enterprise.
There were also reports of powerful explosions in the area of the Sohranovskoye linear production department of main gas pipelines in Rostov region. The exact consequences of the damage to these facilities are currently being clarified.
“The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to take all measures to undermine the Russian military and economic potential and force Russia to stop its armed aggression against Ukraine,” Ukraine's General Staff added.
On February 17, the largest oil pumping station Kropotkinskaya in Russia, owned by the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), was put out of commission by drone strikes.
According to reports, the station was attacked using seven drones equipped with explosives and metal striking elements. There were no injuries among the station's staff.
