Ukraine's top general holds meeting with NATO and UK top brass
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, held a meeting with the Supreme Allied Commander Europe and Commander, U.S. European Command, General Christopher Cavoli, and Chief of the British Defense Staff, Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, according to Zaluzhnyi's Facebook post.
"During the negotiations, I talked in detail about the situation on the battlefield. We discussed our offensive and defensive operations, the situation along the most difficult axes, as well as the actions and probable plans of the enemy," he stated.
It is noted that the military leaders focused on the current needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ammunition, drones, and military equipment.
"Separately, we discussed the key issues of further strengthening and bolstering our air defence and covering critical infrastructure facilities in the autumn-winter period," he added.
Valerii Zaluzhnyi has been actively working on the front lines in Ukraine
Recently, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Commander-in-Chief Valerii Zaluzhnyi visited the Kherson region and held a briefing regarding the front lines.
Prior to this, Zaluzhnyi conducted work in the Avdiivka and Kupiansk directions.
