On the night of October 27, units of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces carried out strikes on supply facilities of the Russian forces in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region.
According to the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during the operation, a frontline fuel and lubricant depot and an oil depot used by the Russian army to supply equipment at the front were destroyed.
"The Special Operations Forces' drones struck at the moment when the tanks were full, which significantly increased the effect of the explosions and destruction," the Ukrainian military writes.
According to intelligence reports, as a result of the fuel detonation, the Russians suffered significant losses in resources necessary to support offensive operations.
The Special Operations Forces command emphasizes that Ukrainian special forces continue to deliver asymmetric strikes on enemy logistics in order to slow down their advance and weaken the combat potential of Russian units.
