Ukraine's President met with Irish Prime Minister on his way to US

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Prime Minister of Ireland Micheál Martin. They met at Shannon International Airport, according to RTE.
Earlier, Martin canceled a planned visit to Belfast to attend a meeting with Zelenskyy.
“The Ukrainian President is briefly stopping in Shannon on his way to the US where he is due to meet the US President,” the agency writes.
At this meeting at Shannon Airport, Martin is expected to reaffirm Ireland's support for Ukraine.
Earlier this week, Martin promised to increase financial humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
Zelenskyy's trip to United States
The Guardian wrote that Volodymyr Zelenskyy is to visit Ireland on February 27 on his way to the United States.
Zelenskyy flew to the United States on February 27. A meeting between Zelenskyy and Trump is planned there, during which, in particular, it is planned to sign an agreement between the countries, including a document on rare earths.
