Ukraine's FP-1 drones hit Russia's Kstovo oil refinery and Wildberries hub in Tambov

Ukrainian FP-1 drones simultaneously struck an oil refinery in the Nizhny Novgorod region and Wildberries' largest warehouse in the Tambov region overnight, according to Fire Point.
What FP-1 drones targeted
The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck two targets in Russia with FP-1 drones. The attack targeted the enemy’s fuel and logistics infrastructure.
- Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region—the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez oil refinery, with a capacity of approximately 17 million metric tons of crude oil per year.
- Kotovsk, Tambov region—a Wildberries logistics hub covering an area of about 108,000 square meters, designed to store up to 54 million units of goods.
Oil refinery in Kstovo engulfed in flames
According to eyewitnesses, explosions were heard near the refinery at approximately 3:40 a.m. Footage of a massive fire near the facility soon appeared online.
The refinery produces automotive gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel, as well as lubricants. These products, particularly jet fuel, are also used to supply the Russian military.
Wildberries logistics hub caught fire for the second time
Eyewitnesses reported hearing at least ten explosions over 40 minutes, after which a fire broke out in one of Kotovsk’s districts.
Flight restrictions were temporarily imposed at Tambov Airport. Operations at the warehouse itself were suspended following the strike.
The Wildberries warehouse in Kotovsk had already been struck on July 18. Seven employees died in that fire.
As of August 14, Ukraine had struck nearly a third of Russia's largest oil refineries. These strikes are part of a systematic campaign against the enemy’s fuel infrastructure.
