The Pokrovsk sector remains one of the most intense battlefields on the front line. In the first month of 2025, Ukrainian forces neutralized 15,000 Russian troops there, according to a Telegram post by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.

The Commander-in-Chief noted that a defensive operation is ongoing at the front, aimed at destroying enemy forces and reserves.

Ukrainian defenders continue to inflict losses on Russian troops, with the Pokrovsk sector remaining one of the most challenging.

The Commander-in-Chief thanked Ukrainian troops for their resilience, effectiveness, and heroism.
