The Feniks drone unit in the Toretsk direction destroyed an armored personnel carrier (APC), a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS), and an enemy robotic system, according to the Feniks unit’s Telegram channel.

In the Toretsk direction in the Donetsk region, border guards from the Feniks unmanned aerial systems unit carried out another effective strike against Russian occupying forces.

According to the unit, UAV operators are systematically working to disrupt the enemy’s logistics in the Donetsk region. During the latest combat operation, Ukrainian defenders destroyed a BTR-70 armored personnel carrier, a Type‑63 multiple launch rocket system, a ground robotic system, and an enemy artillery gun.

The unit emphasizes that strike accuracy, depth of reconnaissance, and rapid decision-making make drones one of the key tools for deterring the adversary and inflicting significant losses on the Toretsk direction.

Situation in the Toretsk direction

Ukrainian forces continue to hold the line and carry out precision strikes on enemy equipment and assets in the Toretsk direction.

Although combat activity remains, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and observer reports, the most intense fighting on the front is currently occurring in other directions, particularly Pokrovsk and Kurakhove. Enemy attacks there are recorded more frequently than on the Toretsk direction itself.

Overall, over the past day, December 15, 151 combat engagements were recorded along the front. In addition, 5,471 kamikaze drones were used to strike targets, and 4,103 shelling incidents of Ukrainian positions and settlements were reported, including 88 strikes from multiple launch rocket systems.
