Russian forces attacked Ukraine overnight with an Iskander ballistic missile and attack drones. Most of the enemy targets were destroyed by air defense forces, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

"During the night of 4 November, the enemy attacked with one Iskander-M ballistic missile from Russia's Rostov region, six S-300 surface-to-air guided missiles from Kursk region, as well as 130 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Herbera, and other types," the Air Force stated.

It is reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces' aviation units countered the air attack, as did anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, UAV units, and mobile fire groups.

According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense shot down or suppressed 92 enemy drones in the north, south, and east of the country. At the same time, missile impacts and 31 attack drones were recorded at 14 locations.

"The attack is ongoing, several enemy UAVs remain in the airspace. Follow safety rules," the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added.

Russian strikes on Ukraine

During the night of 3 November, Russian forces also attacked Ukraine with attack drones and missiles of various types.

Specifically, they attacked Ukraine using 138 kamikaze drones, three Kinzhal aero-ballistic missiles, and four Iskander-M ballistic missiles.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian air defense destroyed or suppressed one Kinzhal missile and 115 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Herbera, and other types.
