Ukraine’s Defense Forces carried out a series of high-precision strikes on important Russian military and infrastructure targets, significantly weakening the enemy’s ability to launch missile and aerial attacks, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the military, Ukrainian units struck the Ryazan oil refinery, which produces gasoline, diesel fuel, liquefied gas, and around 840,000 tons of TS-1 aviation kerosene annually. This kerosene is used by Russia’s Aerospace Forces. Numerous explosions and a large fire were recorded on the refinery’s territory.

In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a Nebo-U radar station in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea—one of the key components of Russia’s radar surveillance system.

A Russian military train was also hit near Tokmak in the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region. Near Vovchansk in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kharkiv region, a concentration of Russian personnel was struck. Information about enemy losses is being clarified.

"The Defense Forces continue taking all necessary measures to undermine the military-economic and offensive potential of the Russian occupiers and to force the Russian Federation to stop its armed aggression against Ukraine," the General Staff stated.

Explosions in Ryazan

Last night, Russia’s Ryazan region was massively attacked by unidentified drones, and air defense systems were activated there. Local channels reported more than a dozen explosions near the oil refinery.

The day before, drones also attacked the oil terminal in Novorossiysk—the Ukrainian General Staff confirmed the strike. According to the reputable international outlet Reuters, Ukraine’s attack on Novorossiysk halted 2% of global oil shipments.
