The situation on the front line is characterized by the strengthening of Ukrainian positions thanks to the use of drones, technological solutions, and active defense, stated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to the President, Ukrainian positions along the front line now appear more stable. He noted that this has been made possible by a combination of several factors: the courage of Ukrainian soldiers, the active use of unmanned systems, technological solutions, and long-range strikes on enemy logistics.
Zelenskyy emphasized that the situation remains difficult, but Ukrainian forces are conducting active defense and have already achieved more significant results this year than before. He also pointed out that even the Russian side now acknowledges changes on the battlefield.
Zelenskyy’s statement
In his address, the President specifically commented on the current dynamics of the fighting.
"On the front, our positions have become stronger: thanks to the courage of our people, drones, various technological solutions, as well as mid-range strikes and our long-range sanctions, we have managed to stabilize the front line. Everything remains difficult. We are actively defending, and this year our results are better than before. It is especially satisfying when this is clearly confirmed, including by the whining of so-called Russian war correspondents," the head of state said.
The President noted that despite stabilization in some areas, combat operations remain intense.
Ukraine continues to hold the line and strengthen the technological component of its army, which affects the overall dynamics on the front.
The head of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction, Davyd Arakhamia, stated that the next six months should become a period of maximum concentration of efforts and stabilization of state functions. According to him, Ukraine has identified a number of priority tasks that must be focused on.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that due to the war with Iran, there is a global shortage of anti-ballistic systems needed to protect against missile strikes. He added that Ukraine aims to accelerate cooperation with European partners in the field of air defense.
