Ukraine expects to receive $2.2 bln from IMF next week - Prime Minister
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal stated that Ukraine is likely to receive another tranche from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) amounting to $2.2 billion as early as the beginning of next week.
The head of the government recalled that Ukraine passed the fourth review of the IMF program for the first time in its history.
"We hope to receive a positive decision from the IMF today and expect the next tranche of $2.2 billion from the fund on Monday or Tuesday," Shmyhal said.

Minister of Finance of Ukraine Serhiy Marchenko mentioned that today, June 28, the IMF Board of Directors is most likely to approve the fourth review of the program with Ukraine.
As a result of this review, a decision is expected to be made to transfer the tranche of $2.2 billion to Ukraine.
