Ukraine destroys Russian drones 'for pennies' with staggering efficiency (video)

Russians spend tens of times more resources on their drones, but Ukrainian fighters destroy them literally "for pennies." A new video shows a 1-to-56 ratio in favor of Ukraine, reports the 225th Separate Assault Regiment Black Swan.
According to the military, Ukrainian soldiers have demonstrated high efficiency in countering Russian drones.
The published video shows that in 10 drone drops, which cost Ukraine roughly 4,500 hryvnias (about $110), the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed eight Russian drones. Their estimated value is about $5,600.
Thus, the cost ratio per destroyed drone is approximately a 1-to-56 ratio in favor of Ukraine.
Military officials said Russian occupiers spend 56 times more resources on small unmanned aerial vehicles.
"If we scale this across the entire front, the efficiency is simply staggering. No matter how large their resources are, at this ratio, they will inevitably run out," the brigade added.
Frontline situation
Over the past 24 hours, from August 15 to 16, Russian forces suffered significant losses in battles against Ukraine. The enemy lost more than 1,000 soldiers.
Earlier today, the 3rd Operational Assignment Spartan Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine reported that Russian troops tried to advance toward Ukrainian positions in the Pokrovsk direction.
Shortly after, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that Russian forces attempted to transport a cannon across a river on a destroyed bridge using a truck in the Northern-Slobozhanskyi direction. A Ukrainian drone detected and destroyed the equipment while it was in motion.
Later, the spokesperson for the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Andrii Kovalov, told RBC-Ukraine that Ukrainian troops continue to advance in the Northern-Slobozhanskyi.
According to him, the units advanced up to 2.5 kilometers while keeping key enemy supply routes under fire control.
Additionally, today, for the first time in a long period, Russian forces tried a large-scale mechanized assault in the Kupiansk direction, using tanks, armored combat vehicles, and infantry. However, coordinated actions by Ukrainian units completely stopped the offensive.
