Ukrainian Forces Deliver Precision Strike on Bryansk Chemical Plant in Seltso. It is a strategic object of Russia's military-industrial complex, according to Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF).

According to the Drone Systems Forces, the plant produces gunpowder, explosives, and components for rocket fuel.

Specifically, it manufactures ammunition for barrel artillery, MLRS, aviation, Kh-59 cruise missiles, TOC-1 Tosochka weaponry, the Zemledelie remote mining system, and performs capital repairs of Grad, Hurricane, and Tornado-G MLRS systems.

"This operation exemplified coordination between intelligence, missile troops, rocket artillery, and unmanned systems. Drones effectively diverted Russian air defenses, clearing the way for missiles that accurately hit key targets. Long-range drones then destroyed substations and other critical infrastructure following the missile strike," the statement said.

Attack on the chemical plant in Bryansk

Last evening, Russian media began reporting an attack on a chemical plant that produces gunpowder, explosives, and solid fuel components for rocket fuel. The enterprise belongs to the Tehmash holding, which fulfills state defense orders for Russia.

Previously, the plant in the Bryansk region was attacked by drones in April 2024. At that time, the attack caused a fire in an unfinished building. In another building, a drone breached the roof.

It should be noted that several regions in Russia were attacked last night. Local residents complained about both drone and missile strikes. For more details, read RBC-Ukraine's material.
