Ukraine and Britain ink 10-year security agreement with nuance
The security agreement between Ukraine and Britain has a duration of 10 years. However, it can be reviewed if our country becomes a NATO member, according to the press service of the Office of the President.
"This Agreement is valid for ten years from the date of its signature," the text of the agreement states.
According to the declaration of the G7 countries, the participants plan to preserve its effect until Ukraine joins NATO.
" In the event that Ukraine becomes a member of NATO before the expiry of this Agreement, the participants will decide on its future status," emphasizes the document's text.
