Russian-occupied Crimea was once again attacked by drones on the night of July 8. Fires broke out at two power substations, according to local Telegram channels.
NASA's FIRMS service detected two fires at power substations in Crimea. According to online reports, the fires broke out following a drone attack.
According to the service’s data, the Nyzhniohirska and NS-3 substations are on fire on the occupied peninsula.
At the same time, there have been no official reports regarding drone attacks on Crimea so far.

Drone attacks on Crimea
On the night of July 6, Deep Strike units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked a Russian Volgoneft-class oil tanker, as well as an oil terminal in the port of Kerch.
On the night of July 5, Ukrainian drones attacked the Hvardiiske airfield in Crimea. Russia uses it for combat missions, logistics, and aircraft maintenance.
Three hangars containing aviation equipment were also struck at the Hvardiiske airfield in Crimea.
Near Simferopol, a Pantsir-S2 air defense missile system was struck, and in Kerch, a mobile fire group was hit. A storage tank and a pumping station at the TES-Terminal-1 oil depot were also struck.
In addition, since early July, Ukrainian drones have struck 37 energy facilities in Crimea and the Donbas. As a result of the strikes, the so-called occupying Russian authorities acknowledged a total blackout.
