Tusk's invitation to Ukraine
On December 13, it became known that the new Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, was invited to visit Ukraine.
The next day, Tusk spoke with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy over the phone. At that time, the Prime Minister was officially invited to Kyiv.
As reported by Polish media, the visit is necessary to initiate a reboot between the countries. Relations had become tense after the blockade of the border with Ukraine by Polish carriers and the ban on the import of Ukrainian grain imposed by Warsaw.
